OpenTime is our Employee Management System, that is specifically geared for Time And Attendance.
With OpenTime you can manage employees, schedules and timesheets with ease.
OpenTime makes it easy to manage any employees timesheet.
Unlike other Time and Attendance systems, OpenTime incorporates all the employees timesheet and schedule data onto a single page, thus giving you an overview of all aspects of an employees timesheet without having to move to a different section.
Leave, Overtime and any special paycodes, are all combined into a single section on each timesheet.
If OpenTime is installed with our OpenFood software, then OpenTime can calculate any departments "Full Time Equivalency (FTE)" ratio, making it easy for you to see if you are over-staffed, thus helping you to cut staff costs.
